Top Tips for a successful visit

  • Make sure you book your visit to DIG in advance to avoid disappointment on the day
  • Plan your journey carefully and make sure that you arrive on time. Groups who arrive more than 20 minutes late cannot be guaranteed entry. Please allow five minutes to check in at our admissions desk. We regret we have no coach parking available so be sure to check your nearest drop off point.
  • Make a familiarisation visit where possible and ensure you have a copy of our current risk assessment.
  • Brief your pupils before their visit and ask them to respect others whilst inside the building. Please remember that you are responsible for your group and you should remain with them at all times.
  • Remember to book the lunch space if you need to. The space is available for 30 minutes per group
